Is there local pick up? Yes. When you place your order you will be prompted to choose from a pull down menu to calculate the shipping cost.  Choose "Local Pick Up" and no cost will be added.  Then, enter the word "Local" in the voucher box and you will be given a discount.

What payment methods do you accept? All major credit cards, cash, cheque or money order.

How do I pay by cash, cheque or money order?  You will need to e-mail your order to growthcharts@yahoo.ca and we will respond with where to send the payment.

Do I have to have a PayPal account in order to place an order? No, PayPal simply facilitates our credit card transactions in order to keep your information private.

Where do you deliver? At this time, most of Canada and US. Any other countries, please contact us directly.

Can I have a gift or order sent to someone other than myself? Yes, we often receive orders that are sent as gifts. Just be sure to enter the address where you want it shipped to. You will still receive a confirmation e-mail when it is shipped that includes the tracking number.

How long does it take to process the order? Once the shipping has been paid for, it can take up to a week to make and depending on your location, from 1-6 business days to ship.

How do you ship? We use FedEx Ground to ship most of our packages.

What are the dimensions of the growthcharts? The actual charts are 49" tall and 6" wide. The doubles are 48" tall and 8" wide.

How tall does a growthchart measure? They typically measure from 2'-4'. This can be changed if you want it to start lower or measure higher.

How do you hang a growthchart? Using the ribbon or rope provided, you can hang it on a nail with the bottom measuring approximately 20" off the ground.
